Delivery Guide

We want your new items to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. That’s why we work with the best couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS) to ensure your parcel doesn’t get lost in limbo.

1. Delivery times (the patience part)

As soon as you place your order, our team will process it and prepare everything for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days.

Once it has left our warehouse, the time it takes to reach your door depends on the carrier and where you live:

DHL / FedEx / UPS: It usually takes between 2 and 12 working days to any part of the world.

EMS: It takes between 5 and 15 working days (except for Russia, which may take a little longer).

Stock Notice: If an item sells out just before we pack your order, it may take between 3 and 15 days for stock to be replenished. If this happens, we’ll email you straight away. You can then decide whether to wait, swap it for another item or cancel that part of your order.

2. How do we calculate delivery charges?

Delivery costs depend on three simple factors: the weight of the parcel, the delivery method you choose, and the destination country.

As the weight varies considerably (a lightweight bikini weighs around 0.05 kg, but a fur coat is around 0.3 kg), the exact amount is calculated automatically in your basket before you pay.

Friendly Tip: Buying more items usually works out cheaper for delivery. Couriers charge almost the same for a parcel containing 1 or 5 items, so the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the delivery cost per kilo.

3. We offer special discounts

As we send out lots of parcels every day, we have special arrangements with the leading transport and delivery companies. What does this mean for you? It means we can get much cheaper rates than the standard list prices and pass those savings straight on to your shopping basket.

4. Not happy with the delivery charge?

We always try to find the cheapest and most efficient delivery option for you. However, if you’re not happy with the delivery charge for your area, you’re free to cancel your order before it’s dispatched or, if you prefer, send a pre-paid box from your trusted courier to collect the parcel from our warehouse.

Thank you for your understanding.
